My Kobo has (er, had) Pocket support, so it was nice, in theory, to save something to Pocket in FF and have it sync to my e-reader. That said, it was kind of glitchy and a lot of sites didn’t seem to work well with it (typically documentation pages for things like Oracle, etc that I’d want to save for offline reference).

Over three weeks, I sent probably close to 50 spam reports to SendGrid with full headers and everything. Not a single one of those abuse reports was acknowledged, and there was absolutely no drop in the frequency or quantity of those spam/phishing emails.

Since none of SendGrid’s listed customers were any my org would be dealing with, we finally just blocked (so far, anyway) three of their /16 subnets.
